I have been unable to login as instructed in an e-mail received Saturday, 4/7. I requested a new password but was sent a link and a "key". The link takes me to the same login screen and there is no place for the key.
I also received an e-mail from SkyPrepMailer which says "This mailbox is not checked". I don't know what that means.
I have replied to the e-mails, asking for help, but have received no response.
Could anyone offer some assistance so I can begin the program? Thank you!
